Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ITSM stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management modules.
Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Create, test, and deploy ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and UI components.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet specific business requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualification
Basic Qualification:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly) and configuration.
Experience with API development and integration using RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and development methodologies.
ITIL certification is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
