Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced SAP Specialist- Expert individuals to provide functional and technical support for CRM functions in the SAP environment. The role will also involve providing adequate functional support for the maintenance and enhancement of the SAP CRM system.

Roles and Responsibilities

Align the organization’s business processes with SAP functionality by providing guidance and recommendations.
Perform functional configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
Ensure system integrity and component integration with ECC, Business Warehouse, and Portal.
Write functional and technical specifications for system changes.
Develop test plans and conduct system testing.
Provide production support by troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and resolving software problems.
Collaborate with business users and clients to gather and document business requirements for system changes.
Analyze the impact of changes on other internal and external business application systems.
Develop documentation for system changes in accordance with organizations change control policies and procedures.


7 years of experience in CRM configuration and development, specifically with SAP ECC integration.
7+ years of experience with CRM middleware plug-ins and real-time experience on the functional side of Enterprise Portals.
7+ years working with CRM components and technical objects such as ABAP user exits, Business add-ins, BAPIs, Idocs, and Bdocs.
7+ years of experience in business partner types, including customer, employee, and contact person definition, as well as replication between ECC and CRM.
7+ years of experience in middleware configuration for downloading master data components, business partner data, product master ibase, and I-objects.
7+ years of experience in customizing item categories, item category determinations, workflow processes, claims processing, change request processing, and web requests.
Familiarity with Business Warehouse and BOBJ integration, including synchronization with CRM dashboards through business role linkage.
Ability to consult with clients and team members, providing expertise and guidance for implementing standard or custom solutions.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interpret and effectively convey information, as well as solicit relevant details and determine the best method or format for presenting information.
Experience in writing functional and technical specifications, conducting testing, and providing training.
