Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst who will be responsible for managing business analysis work or projects with specific deliverables toward a solution. Your role may encompass various job titles, such as Functional Analyst, Solution/Business Architect, Work Stream Lead, or Deployment Lead.

This position requires the ability to work independently, provide limited leadership to others, and manage medium-complexity work efforts. Industry experience may be beneficial for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Curam Application as a Tosca QA Automation Engineer.
  • Analyze business requirements for testability and completeness using Functional Specification Documents, Business Requirements Documents, and Technical Design Documents.
  • Convert requirements into test conditions and develop and execute automated scripts using Tricentis Tosca to thoroughly test software for proper operation and defect-free functionality.
  • Review Tosca automated test cases and other testing artifacts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate the development, testing, reporting, and tracking of automated testing problems, providing reproducible test cases.
  • Collaborate with product team members to diagnose and recreate problems, prioritize solutions, and close problem reports.
  • Provide detailed documentation and training on developed automation tools and applications.
Qualification
  • 5 years of experience and proficiency in using HP test tools, including Test
  • Director/Quality Center 9.0 or higher and Quick Test Professional (QTP) 9.5 or higher.
  • 5 years of experience testing web, GUI, client/server, and database applications.
  • 5 years of experience with requirements analysis and automated test cases/script development.
  • 5 years of experience with automated testing, testing tools, writing test plans, and reviewing test cases.
  • 2 years of Tricentis Tosca development experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills to interact with system developers, business analysts, and others.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks within the project and work with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience testing Curam products.
  • 2 years of experience testing for a health and human services project.
  • 1 year of experience executing SQL queries to validate or test.
  • 1 year of experience navigating on a UNIX platform.
  • 1 year of experience with DevOps tools.
  • 1 year of experience with Shift left automation.
  • Tosca AS 1 & AS 2 Certifications
  • 2 years of experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development.
Experience :
  • HP test tools,Test Director/Quality Center 9.0 and QTP: 5 years (Required)
