Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions. In this role, you will participate in and lead design sessions, providing leadership for ongoing development efforts on various projects. You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical roles, such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs), to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interests of the business across the enterprise.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow/SMAX/Atlassian platform.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation.
Collaborate with developers to ensure that technical solutions meet the identified business requirements.
Deliver training sessions to users on ServiceNow/SMAX/Atlassian functionality.
Ensure that ServiceNow/SMAX/Atlassian solutions are properly documented and provide ongoing support.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in ServiceNow, ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB, and share knowledge with the team.
Qualification:
ServiceNow Business Analyst: 3 years (Required)
ServiceNow modules: 3 years (Required)
ServiceNow/SMAX/Atlassian Jira: 1 year (Preferred)
ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB.: 1 year (Preferred)
Experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
Proven experience working with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
ServiceNow/SMAX/Atlassian Certified System Administrator certification is a plus.
