Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. As a ServiceNow BA, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders by analyzing and translating business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and projects.
Conduct workshops and interviews to understand and prioritize business needs related to IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow.
Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure that solutions align with business requirements.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas where ServiceNow can improve business processes and operations.
Assist in the design and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business expectations.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of ServiceNow within the organization.
Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and new features to provide recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and practices.
Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
