Accel BI wins Seattle Police Data Analytics Project with Accenture

New Data Analytics Platform will be a model for other Law Enforcement Agencies

Accel BI’s presence at the State and Local level continues to grow for Seattle, King County, and the state of Washington. On Oct 22nd, 2015 it was made public that Accel BI has been selected to team with Accenture for the delivery of a new data analytics platform to the Seattle Police Department.

In 2011 the Department of Justice identified the need for SPD to be able to review, identify, and report officers at risk of using excessive force and provide the information necessary for them to take corrective action. By being able to connect, access, and analyze large data sets from disparate data sources, SPD will be able to make proactive, data driven decisions. Specifically, this will allow SPD’s leaders to pinpoint officers in potential jeopardy and institute training, offer guidance or redeploy them in areas where they are less likely to encounter aggressive situations.

As a CMMI authorized partner and established Data Management expert, our trademarked Simplified integration as a Service (SiaaS)  methodology and unparalleled past performance track record put us head and shoulders above a highly competitive playing field.  Simply put, we deliver projects on time and within budget, in a customizable and project specific approach. Accenture recognized the numerous merits and value we could add to this project and selected Accel BI for project delivery.
